Family Reunion

Now is the time to reserve your family reunion at the Black Bear Lodge, in St. Germain, WI. We are located on Lt. St. Germain Lake with 2,100 ft of shore line, to boat, swim, fish and relax! What time does the Lake Close?

We had a little girl, who is staying with us at Black Bear Lodge ask us: "What time does the Lake Close"? How cute is that! She told her family to hurry up and check-in because she wanted to swim before the lake closed. We hear the cutest stories from our guests.

Out of the mouths of Children

One of the children from a family staying here in one of our cottages on Little St. Germain Lake in Wisconsin, came into the resort office today to tell us, "This vacation has been more funner than going to Disney Land!!!" He did everything from fishing, swimming, made S'mores over a campfire, biking, to playing on the private sand beach. He participated in our Children's Activities and even completed the Scavenger Hunt to be rewarded with an ice cream treat from the Bear Necessities Gift Shop.

Wildlife

We had a deer visit the office today! He walked right up to the front window and looked like he wanted to make a reservation, I'm sure when he realized it was the "Black Bear" Lodge he decided to find a more Deer friendly resort. We love our wildlife, which we see often on the grounds.

Great News, over the weekend we received between 8 and 9 inches of rain, that has made a huge impact and brought water levels up. Bring the whole family and enjoy the Northwoods!

July Resort Fun

There has been lots of fun happening at the resort this month! Kayak races, biking the paved St. Germain bike trail, fishing, family reunions and much more. Here are some photo favorites!

Kids are having a blast at the beach this week - on the kayaks, paddle boat, on the swim raft and making sand castles right on shore.
