Wedding Update

The wedding tent is up at Black Bear Lodge, for the 220 guests, and goodie bags are waiting for family and friends. Guests who came early are out on pontoon boats and enjoying the resort. Tonight they are going to enjoy a Northwoods "Fish Fry" at the Bear's Den Bar & Grill on-site. What a great place to have your wedding and let your guests celebrate this event with you! Maggie & Joe the Bride & Groom are going to jump off the dock and "trash the dress" after the wedding, be sure to look for photos next week!

The Summer of 2009

This has been one fun summer so far! It's also been relaxing. The weather's been quite nice most of the time. If you haven't visited yet this summer, you're missing out. Call us right now to find a vacancy and come see us soon!

I want to remind you all we have begun our summer ice cream sales in the Bear Necessities gift shop, so go there to cool off after your swim. We also have a weekly prize drawing for your choice of great gifts. Visit the gift shop to get involved in that and buy souvenirs for those unlucky enough not to be here with you!
