While St. Germain kicked off the Independence Day Festivities in their early tradition with a parade and fireworks held the Sunday before the 4th, there are festivities being held today around the area.
- SAYNER - parade at 3pm, grilled chicken being served at the park after parade, Plum Ski-ters Water Ski Show on Plum Lake at 7pm and fireworks near the ball park at dusk
- EAGLE RIVER - parade at 11am, Chain Skimmers Water Ski Show at 7pm and fireworks at Hi-Pines Campground at dusk
- MINOCQUA - 3:45 pm - Kiddie Parade, 4:00 pm - Main Parade, 5:30 pm - Lakeland Community Concert Band Performance @ Torpy Park Band Shell, 7:00 pm - Min-Aqua Bats Water Ski Show @ Min-Aqua Bowl, Dusk - Fireworks over Lake Minocqua
