It's been cold!

The temperature has barely reached above zero in the last week. And today, it has finally become a little less cold. But hold onto your mittens because it is still below freezing, only warming to the low 20’s. Tomorrow and Monday are expected to be in the low to mid 30’s.

We have been getting light snow today, and despite not receiving very much snow in the last week, due to the extra cold temps, the trails have remained in great shape. Reports are saying the corners are a little icy, but over all, great for riding. We have been very busy with snowmobilers this weekend, and the few that I have spoken with are having a great time out there.

The slightly warmer weather we will have tomorrow will make for a great day to be out on the trails or out on the ice for you anglers. Also, should be beautiful for cross country skiing and snowshoeing as well. So go out and enjoy all the beauty that winter in the northwoods has to offer!
Our live web cam is now functioning well again. Click here to take a real-time peak! At 9:30 this morning it's 18 and sunny.
